Prints a parsed output of a data block from a JPL binary ephemeris file that covers the desired Julian Day. Output is printed to stdout.
ephcom_ephcoeff takes a Julian Day from the command line and determines which block spans that date in the binary ephemeris file. If the date is out of range of the ephemeris, an error message is printed. If not, ephcom_ephcoeff will print a parsed output of all data in a data block, starting with the first and last Julian Day covered by the block, and proceeding with the data for each body. For each body, data is broken down by subinterval. For each subinterval, data is broken down by coordinate. For each coordinate, data is broken down by Chebyshev coefficient.
The output is printed to stdout, and it is verbose (a little over one line per coefficient, which is over 1,000 lines for DE405).
