ephcom_concatenate.sh - concatenates JPL ascii ephemeride files
(bzip2 or gzip compressed or uncompressed) in the correct
chronological order in uncompressed form to stdout.
This bash script concatenates an uncompressed ASCII JPL ephemeris
header file with ASCII JPL ephemeris data block files (all compressed
with bzip2 or gzip or all uncompressed) in the correct chronological
order in uncompressed form to stdout.
